You can place your order for any of our products on this secure web site, by e-mail, U.S. Mail, or via phone toll free at  1-800-558-5830.  Our hours of operation are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Monday thru Thursday, and till 3pm on Friday.  Of course the web site, and e-mail are up and running 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Internet Order Payment Policy

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS cards.  Just enter your credit card information on the online order form.  We use a secure web server featuring a Thawte digital certificate which ensures that your information will be encrypted, and secure.


All merchandise is shipped via UPS, or US Mail.


The UPS shipping total on your online invoice is an approximation ONLY. It does not account for oversize packages, UPS Hazardous material charges, or other UPS additional handling, delivery area or residential surcharges.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to your final invoice IF THEY APPLY TO YOUR ORDER.  A copy of your final invoice will be attached to the shipping carton in plastic sleeve.

UPS 3Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air are available for rush shipments.  (Additional charges apply)  We strive to ship in stock orders within 2 days of receipt.  If we are out of an item you order, or it is a special order item, we will advise you via e-mail or phone as to the expected ship date.

Back Orders

All orders are shipped complete if possible. When we are temporarily out of stock on any item, we will advise you, then back-order that item, and ship it as soon as it is in.


Report damaged cartons to the carrier at once, not to Perfection Distributing Inc.

Shortages or Errors

Claims for shortages or shipping errors must be made within 7 business days from the date of receipt of the merchandise.


Returns must be RECEIVED within 15 business days of INVOICE date, and must be authorized by Perfection Distributing Inc. before return.  Albums with customized Name and Date or Title imprinting are NOT returnable, except in case of defect.  Returns of "Non-Stock, Special Order" items will incur a 25% restocking charge.

Return Guidelines

Items must be in NEW condition, and in original packaging.

Items must be sent by pre-paid postage. Any "postage due" package will be refused.

Enclose a copy of the original invoice, and note whether you would like a credit or exchange.
